The role of Assistant Principal – Community & Wellbeing acknowledges the importance of supporting the academic, spiritual, sporting, social and emotional wellbeing of students and the wider community of St Paul’s Catholic College.
The role also assists the Principal’s leadership role and supports the Assistant Principal – Teaching and Learning. The Assistant Principal – Community and Wellbeing focuses on providing leadership on a wide variety of domains including classroom management, academic expectations, physical and mental health, social and values education and emotional support, according to the CSO’s and College’s policies and procedures.
